Returns and Shipping Policy
30-Day Return Policy
Please let us know if you are not satisfied with your purchase by giving us a call at 909-937-2361 or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know of the issue and we will work with you to resolve it.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your original date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot process any returns past 30-days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new or like-new condition and in the same condition that you received it. It must also retain all original packaging materials and instruction manuals.
In the event that your product arrived damaged from shipping, please submit the Product Return Form within 5-days of receiving the product. You can also send pictures of the package and damages to email@example.com. Please also upload the photos when submitting the Product Return Form. We will follow-up with you to submit a claim to the shipping company and advise on next steps.
Item must be purchased from GrowPower / American Greenpower USA, or an authorized re-seller or distributor of GrowPower products. Must provide proof of purchase with receipt, order ID or invoice. Warranty claims for GrowPower items purchased used / second-hand will not be eligible. If item was purchased in a retail store, please contact the retail store for warranty claims. Please see our Warranty Policy.
- To complete your return, please fill out this form: Product Return Form. We will follow-up with you for next steps after you submit the form.
- Returned items are subject to 15% restocking fee.
- Returned items will not be processed without submitting a Product Return Form.
Items NOT ELIGIBLE for return:
- Fabric pots if used
- CMH and HPS bulbs unless there are manufacturing defects
- Carbon Filter if used
- 4x4 Grow Tent if used
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We let you know if your return is eligible for refund.
If eligible, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they arrived defective or if they qualify to be warrantied. If you purchased the wrong item and need an exchange, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Buyer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable and cost of return shipping may be deducted from refund.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
